江苏太知新材料科技有限公司系在上海太知碳素有限公司基础上发展而来。上海太知碳素有限公司于1997年筹备、1998年正式注册成立，后因公司在启东自购厂房、整体搬迁至江苏启东，以现有主体继续经营。江苏太知现专注于碳素、摩擦、负极、石墨等材料的研发、生产与销售，产品销往国内外市场，已通过ISO 9001质量管理体系认证。

Jiangsu Taizhi New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was developed on the basis of Shanghai Taizhi Carbon Co., Ltd. Shanghai Taizhi Carbon Co., Ltd. was planned in 1997 and officially incorporated in 1998. Later, the company purchased its own factory premises in Qidong and relocated its entire operations to Qidong, Jiangsu, continuing its business under the current entity. Jiangsu Taizhi now focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of carbon, friction, anode, graphite, and other related materials. Its products are sold in both domestic and international markets, and the company has obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification.
